This new Netflix release appears to be the perfect choice, as viewers describe it as the ‘ultimate binge’.
The series is an eight-part creation by Dead To Me’s Liz Feldman and stars Linda Cardellini, making it a must-watch for fans of her previous work.
Lisa Kudrow and Ray Romano play a couple attempting to sell their 1920s Spanish-style villa located in Los Feliz, Los Angeles.
Three distinct families are competing for the chance to own this beautiful property, each believing that it will resolve all their issues.
As the competition intensifies, the couples’ deepest secrets begin to emerge.
The dark comedy premiered on December 12 and quickly rose to the second spot in Netflix’s US TV charts during the holiday season.
Some may have overlooked the series amid the holiday rush, yet fans continue to praise it in the new year.
The show is titled No Good Deed, and you can view the trailer below:
Feldman shared that the series was inspired by her personal house-hunting experiences during the pandemic.
She emphasized the significance of having a home as the central theme of her show, telling Entertainment Weekly: “Ultimately, there’s no more important thing in life than your home.
“And it’s beyond aspirational. It’s survival… It really brings out the most primal parts of us that even surprise ourselves.”
