Sofía Vergara had an amusing response to not winning against Jodie Foster.
Vergara was nominated for a Golden Globe in the best TV actress category for her role in the Netflix series, Griselda.

The beloved Modern Family star plays the role of Colombian businesswoman Griselda Blanco in the popular series, showcasing a transformation that leaves her hardly recognizable.

Her competition included Cate Blanchett, Cristin Milioti, Naomi Watts, Kate Winslet, and Foster, who ultimately took home the award for her performance in True Detective: Night Country.

This victory marks Foster’s fifth Golden Globe, prompting Vergara to humorously comment.

As Foster accepted her award on stage, Vergara was overheard in the audience exclaiming: “No, no! Not again! Give me one!”

Vergara’s comedic reaction has sparked reactions on Twitter.

One user commented: “Sofia Vergara’s reaction is everything! Love her!”

A third added: “I LOVE Sofia Vergara. Now, she’s AUTHENTIC. No pretence at all: she WANTED that award! She’s still SOOOO beautiful!”
